Buried in the Collins Cemetery at Blackey in Letcher County, Kentucky.  Reported as “behind Gobel Fields home on the top of the mountain.”

Dallas Collins’ son, Ace Collins, filed a request for a military tombstone for his father in 1930. He indicated that his father was buried near the town of Blackey in Letcher County, Kentucky.
